Arun Kumar Jha is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in litigation and intellectual property law. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree and an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. To further specialize in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

Since beginning his legal practice in 2002, Arun has built extensive expertise in trademark prosecution, copyright, and dispute resolution.
