Ms. Vidhi Anand has more than 20 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property and is concerned with IP prosecution, Brand management, advising on and managing our clients’ IP asset portfolios. She completed her LLB from Jamia Millia Islamia University after her graduation from the Delhi University.  

With a deep understanding of the laws and procedures governing protection of Trademark, Copyright and Design laws in India, one of her key roles is to formulate strategies for managing IP portfolios. She advises companies on the day-to-day management of their IP portfolios, including conducting availability searches, supervising the filing, registration and renewal of trademarks, copyright and designs, and with the concerned complications, if any. She has been advising clients on their IP strategy and conducting rights audits.

She has also been involved with the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling all aspects of the firm’s resources and activities to achieve its goals, encompassing functions like financial management, operations management, marketing and human resources, with the primary aim of maximizing profitability and achieving strategic objectives.
